Our process to add new clients or transition clients from their current vendor to Intrada Technologies consists of a four-phase Project Plan:

In this phase, Intrada Technologies will conduct a thorough assessment of your current Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, systems, applications, processes, and security policies related to services to be delivered. We will identify any gaps, risks, or issues that need to be addressed, as well as any opportunities for improvement or optimization. Intrada Technologies will also document your business goals, needs, and expectations for the new Information Technology (IT) services to be delivered.

Planning

Based on the findings from the Discovery phase, Intrada Technologies will develop a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, budget, roles, and responsibilities for the onboarding and/or transition. The plan will include specific tasks, milestones, deliverables, and quality criteria for each step of the process. We will also establish clear communication channels and feedback mechanisms to ensure that you are informed and involved throughout the project.

Implementation

In this phase, we will execute the project plan and perform the necessary actions to assume responsibility or the migration of your Information Technology (IT) environment from your current Managed Service Provider (MSP) to Intrada Technologies. This may include installing, configuring, testing, and securing new hardware, software, network, and cloud solutions; transferring data and applications; setting up user accounts and access rights; and integrating systems and processes. Intrada Technologies will also provide training and documentation to help you and your staff use the new Information Technology (IT) service effectively and efficiently.

Support

After the Implementation phase is completed, Intrada Technologies will provide ongoing Information Technology (IT) support and maintenance to make sure that your Information Technology (IT) environment is running smoothly and securely. This could include monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that may arise, for example: performing regular backups, updates, and patches; and implementing proactive measures to prevent problems and optimize performance. Intrada will also provide you with reports, reviews, or recommendations to help you measure and improve your Information Technology (IT) service quality and alignment with your business goals.

By following this APPROACH, and subject to cooperation from current service providers, Intrada Technologies will provide you with a successful transition from your current Vendor or Managed Service Provider (MSP).  We do this without disrupting your operations or compromising your security.

NOTE: When transitioning a client from an existing vendor to Intrada Technologies, it's crucial to understand that the vendor plays a key role in ensuring a successful and cost-effective transition. Our cost estimates are based on the cooperation of the current service provider, with allowances for potential challenges. However, additional costs may arise if the current provider is uncooperative.
