These monthly agreements includes a comprehensive suite of monthly services designed to ensure your Information Technology (IT) infrastructure remains robust, secure, and efficient. This model prioritizes PRO-Active maintenance, monitoring, and rapid response to client issues, designed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. With our PRO-Active Agreement, clients receive the following benefits:

For clients who prefer a more traditional arrangement, Intrada also offers a "Break and Fix" option. This model is suitable for temporary or trial situations where regular ongoing maintenance isn't required. Under this arrangement, our services are provided on an as-needed basis to address specific issues, without the commitments inherent in a PRO-Active Agreement.
Note: Intrada Technologies does not provide dedicated, regularly scheduled on-premise staff to support your network or user base. Our experience has shown that this model is more expensive and is not an efficient use of technical resources or effective for network management. Instead, our approach with the PRO-Active Agreement includes periodic visits tailored to your needs, ensuring tasks and issues are addressed promptly without relying on full-time on-site staff. This method enhances efficiency and leverages remote capabilities to quickly resolve many issues.
While we specialize in remote IT services across the Northeast United States, our primary focus is placing one of our staff members onsite within 4 hours if necessary. This includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Southern New York. Intrada's journey began with the founders supporting an international manufacturing company operating on dial-up, Novell servers, 10base-T hubs, and Windows 95. As our client base and environments grew, it became evident that the break-fix model was insufficient. Driven by a strong desire to automate and streamline processes—from loading operating systems to deploying applications—we aimed to identify and resolve issues before they impacted our clients. This vision led to our investment in Managed Services in 2008. This innovative concept and toolset, new to the industry at the time, provided a framework for multi-client management and support.
While many companies claim to be Managed Service Providers (MSPs), at Intrada, we prefer the term PRO-Active Network Management. Our approach emphasizes proactive management through automation, scripting, monitoring with notifications, patching, remote control, and reporting, all under a single monthly fee. This allows us to manage more with fewer resources, delivering cost-effective solutions while ensuring comprehensive network management. We wanted a solution that could either complement an organization's existing IT department or act as their full IT department, and PRO-Active allows us to provide that level of service and relationship.
