Excellence comes from steady effort and a genuine wish to help others. This is at the heart of our team at Intrada Technologies. We’re happy to share that James Haywood, our Senior Project Coordinator, has once again been recognized for his work in both the tech industry and our local community.
James was recently named a Foremost Under 40 Award winner by Pennsylvania Business Central. This award recognizes young professionals in the region who are making a real difference in their fields. James also received this honor in 2022, making this his second time as a recipient.

James joined Intrada Technologies in 2019 and has become a key part of our team. As Senior Project Coordinator, he helps us work closely with our clients. He plans, starts, and manages projects, guiding businesses through today’s complex technology.
We believe technology is a tool, not the answer by itself. James lives by this idea. He has several IT certifications and is known as an expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI). His knowledge helps clients find ways to work more efficiently and reliably, instead of using technology just for the sake of it.

James’s achievements at work are impressive, but his dedication goes beyond the office. He knows that strong communities depend on people who get involved.
His community involvement includes:
- Vice President of the Board for the Transitional Living Centers of Williamsport.
- Executive Board Member for Firetree Place.
- Curriculum Advisory Board Member for the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
These roles show his dedication to education and community. His service has also earned him honors like Army Intelligence School Valedictorian, 28th Infantry Division Soldier of the Year, Rotarian of the Year, and the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (Silver).
